Rates Overview

How TEC Sets and Structures Rates

Our electric rates are not-for-profit and member-focused. They’re designed and reviewed by TEC’s elected Board of Directors, with adjustments made based on system needs, regulatory compliance, and cost-of-service.

Whether you're a full-time resident, seasonal user, business owner, or agricultural operation, we offer rate plans tailored to your usage type. Each plan includes a basic service charge and an energy usage rate per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
